In order to answer different industry needs we offer three (3) levels of technical support agreement:
At all level, you can contact our technical team for help or advice on Oxilio software. You can reach us either by telephone, email or Chat on line on our Web site. If our specialists cannot take your call, you will be able to leave a detailed message in their voice mail in order to keep your call priority.
Basic Support Agreement
This level of support is available from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm local time, except on Holidays.
Advanced Support Agreement
This level of support is available from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm local time, except on Holidays. It also offers an annual software upgrade of your Oxilio Software components. This will protect your initial investment and will assure the evolution of your solution in a rapidly-changing technology market.
Extended Support Agreement
The Extended Agreement contract offers similar coverage as the Advanced Agreement but for 24/7 access to support group.
