Avaya's UCM Professional Services

Avaya's Unified Communication Management and Common Services is an environment which lets users manage their CS1000 network. This solution is replacing Nortel's Telephony Manager (TM) for CS1000 version 7.0 and higher.

Nortel certification

Oxilio's technicians are certified by Nortel to install, configure, offer training and support for the following product:
