CyberTech International Forges Reseller Partnership with CallMiner Integrating Essentials Speech Analytics Eureka!®
Speech Analytics Paired with Enterprise-Open and Off-the-Shelf Server Technology
NEW YORK - August 20, 2009 - CallMiner Inc., the industry leader in enterprise speech analytics, and CyberTech International, the leader in the voice logging and communications recording industry, today announced the companies had executed a reseller agreement to integrate speech analytics into CyberTech International's suite of products and solutions.
Tony Procops, CyberTech International's North American President and CEO said, "CyberTech's ongoing strategy to enhance our industry leading Cybertech Myracle and Pro Recording platforms is significantly advanced with the addition of CallMiner Essentials Speech Analytics. CallMiner's open and compatible architecture integrates seamlessly with our enterprise-open solutions fully unleashing the ability of our customers to gain competitive advantage from the business intelligence extracted from recorded conversations."
CallMiner's President and CEO, Terry Leahy, said, "The CyberTech and CallMiner partnership is a very strong one as both companies are committed to technology that is open, easy-to-use and has the ability to scale massively in an industry where proprietary architectures inhibits these advantages and deprives the customer of best-in-breed solutions."
"Our partnership with CyberTech represents a great opportunity to provide speech analytics solutions for both their dealers and their enterprise customers," said John Hamilton, vice president of channel development for CallMiner. "If enterprises are looking for the next generation of business applications for customer interactions, then the CyberTech CallMiner partnership certainly meets and exceeds that need."
