Cybertech Recording Solution Now Certified for Mitel Secure VoIP environments

AMSTERDAM, JUNE 11, 2009 -- Cybertech International, a leading global provider of advanced voice and data recording technologies, today announced it is among the first recording solutions providers to achieve Mitel®-Compatible Test (MCT) certification for Mitel secure VoIP. As compliant with Mitel secure VoIP, Cybertech enables installation of call recording equipment in secure VoIP PBX environments for which calls are encrypted end-to-end.

Cybertech is among the first recording solutions providers to offer a certified, secure recording solution for Mitel Communciations Director, as part of the Mitel Solutions Alliance (MSA). MSA is a comprehensive program enabling third-party partners to successfully create products and services that tightly integrate and / or interoperate with Mitel's core business communications portfolio. The CyberTech application assures compatibility with existing Mitel business communications platforms to allow secure recording of IP extensions and the Mitel Teleworker Solution, with voice encryption activated. This capability obviates upgrades to the IP communication platform; nor are upgrades required for any installed handsets. With Cybertech, there is no compromise to the security, reliability or resiliency of the Mitel Communications Director solution.

The Mitel Secure Recording Connector issues a license key to the CyberTech system for every call so that recordings do not sacrifice voice encryption.
