PRILink Solution
Prilink is a management tool for Telecom managers responsible for high voice traffic over PRI. Managers use the Prilink tool to troubleshoot and take control of PRI networks, as reliable traffic and call details are accessible right from their PC, up to the last 400 days. Also, Prilink can deliver real-time PRI data service over the Internet, so that carriers and call centres can provide real-time feedback to end-customers, thus increasing customer satisfaction and adding revenue.
Scalable software design allows users to manage PRI in up to 250 sites, 2,000 D-channels and 32,000 T1/E1s simultaneously. Our real-time PRI data over Internet service can be implemented in any national and international PSTN ISDN networks.
