Call Accounting (CDR)
Methodicall is the tool you need to manage your communications expenditures. Utilizing communication activity from cell phones, pagers, calling cards and your PBX(s), Methodicall can accurately track, monitor and report on all of your communications assets.

The powerful engine is designed to consolidate information from numerous sources with single or multiple sites. These standard features combine to provide you with vital information quickly and easily.
Make use of a solution that not only allows you to import archived files from existing call accounting systems but continues to meet your changing needs as devices evolve and you upgrade your communications systems. Methodicall collects, costs, stores and reports on information from other call accounting systems such as the Nortel OTM/TM Telecom Billing System. The solution also supports all PBXs and is compatible with the major call storage units including the MDR-2000 and Pollcat.
Methodicall utilizes a MySQL Server database. This means you can access your critical communication records when and where you need them. The only limitation is the size of your hard drive.
